Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Stefan Chiriacescu in his capacity as an independent Executive AI Advisor. The advisory practice is run from Romania. For anything that is not a privacy question (see the Privacy page), write to stefan@ecommerce-today.com.

What is offered through the site

• The templates: the AI Manifesto Enterprise Template and the AI Org-Chart Checklist, sent to your inbox once you submit the form.
• Working sessions: a free 30-minute discovery call, scheduled through the booking link. Conversational, advisory, no pitch.
• Speaking and workshops: keynotes and in-house sessions, booked separately.

Paid engagements (Executive AI Advisory retainers, Fractional Ecommerce Department subscriptions, paid speaking) are governed by their own contracts, agreed and signed before any work begins. Nothing on this page replaces those contracts.

License to the templates

The AI Manifesto Enterprise Template and the AI Org-Chart Checklist are made available to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use them inside your own organization.

What that means in practice:

• You may adapt them, customize them, and circulate them inside your company. You may incorporate the structure into your own internal documentation.
• You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the templates as standalone products, training material, or course content without prior written permission.
• You may not remove the original attribution lines or claim authorship of the underlying frameworks.
• The templates remain the intellectual property of Stefan Chiriacescu. The license you receive is a permission to use them, not a transfer of ownership.

Working sessions are not professional advice

The free 30-minute working session is exactly what the name says: a working session. It is collaborative thinking about your organization, your team, and how AI could fit into both. It is not legal, financial, tax, fiduciary, accounting, or HR advice.

Anything discussed during a session is given in good faith and based on operator experience, not on professional credentials in any regulated field. Decisions you make for your organization after the call are yours, and you are solely responsible for them. For regulated decisions, retain a licensed professional.

How you may use the site

You agree not to:

• Submit someone else's email address to the form without their consent.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the form or any other endpoint.
• Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site's security, infrastructure, or admin area.
• Use the site or its content in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

The site is provided as-is

We make a reasonable effort to keep the site available and the information current. Beyond that, the site, the templates, and any advisory content are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stefan Chiriacescu and his affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, the templates, or the advisory sessions. The total aggregate liability for any direct loss is capped at the amount you have paid for the relevant service, which for free templates and free working sessions is zero.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, intentional misconduct or gross negligence under Romanian or EU law).

Third-party links

The site links to external destinations: LinkedIn, Ecommerce Today, Google Calendar, and a handful of conference references. Once you click an external link you are subject to the receiving site's own terms and privacy policy. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for content on those sites.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top will move. Continued use of the site after a material change means you accept the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring the dispute in your local courts.
